Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies
I actually baked these delicious treats way back in November time, but I'd totally forgotten I'd taken some photos and not blogged them! Bad blogger alert, but here we are and you won't be disappointed.
These are SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES. If that doesnt ring alarm bells in your tummy then I don't know what will! These are so delicous and really eays to make considering they look kind of pro. I first saw these on Sorted Food who then linked me to the ever so talented Izy at Top with Cinnamon. Her site is gorgeous and it's really made me want to take beautiful images of food! There's a link to a how to and a video making it really easy to follow along and bake these for yourself. The photos above show my first batch - I skipped out the nutella and added in some Marshmallow fluff. The second batch, I skipped out the extra filling all together and just had the caramel inside - I used dairy milk caramel and popped a square in each piece of dough. I also toned down the salt and cut out the sprinkle on top as it was just a bit too salty for me. I baked these for a bake sale at work and recieved some wonderful compliments and handed out the recipe to quite a few fellow bakers. I'd say this has been one of my most popular bakes to date and looking at these photos again just makes me want to make more... better go stock up on chocolate 'cos my tummy's rumbling already...
